By completing a payment on this website — whether as a one-time payment or by enrolling in a recurring subscription — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to: academy memberships, training sessions, camps, tournaments, and merchandise.
• Recurring subscriptions will be automatically charged on a monthly basis until canceled. It is the responsibility of the member or account holder to manage or cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, or early cancellation.
• If you wish to cancel a recurring membership, you must do so in writing by emailing Renesse@FloridaLionsFutsal.com. Cancellations will not be accepted retroactively.
